What are you doing for ICW2022?
International Coaching Week is here again, the week where we place an emphasis on the value and benefits of Coaching and Coach Development. I wanted to share what I am doing and invite Coaches to get involved through their professional bodies.
As volunteer and current chair of the Association of Coaching Supervisors, my involvement was always going to be about Coaching Supervision. For several years I have volunteered with the Association for Coaching, and this year, as in previous years we are offering virtual small group experiences of Coaching Supervision. This allows 50 coaches to try out coaching supervision and experience what it is like, how it feels to be working in a group this way, and what it brings.
The places are already filled, so this is clearly an offer that people wanted. I am glad to be a part of it again with our international team!
