I have gained immeasurably from Lorenza's outstanding supervision, both on a one-one basis and as part of a small coaching supervision group. What I value most about Lorenza's supervision is the combination of her depth of listening and the incisiveness of her questions, which almost inevitably take me several layers deeper than I thought possible, and often to surprising insights about my practice. In every session I learn from being on the receiving end of Lorenza's self-discipline as a coach. She is deeply empathetic, sensitive and intuitive as a coach supervisor yet maintains a simplicity and clarity to her questions and a lightness to her reflections or observations, which leaves the 'work', and therefore the pleasure of the a-ha moments, with me as the coachee. I appreciate this hugely, both for the quality of my own insights and for how I am led to consider the skill I bring to my own practice with my coachees.
