Enhancing performance and wellbeing Conference at The Village Hotel, Swansea, Wales

28/11/2018

Two key concerns come to light for coaches considering taking up regular coaching supervision for development. One is being judged, the other is recouping value. Both tend to disappear in the light of actual supervision experiences. In this demonstration, Lorenza will show one approach to exploring coaching issues which is often surprising, interesting and even fun. It taps into the associations you have made through experience and involves and respects the coach as a whole person in the developmental, adult approach to the session. We hope to demonstrate how healthy challenge can take place within a supportive relationship. We will see what emerges! Hope to see you there.

Introduction to Gestalt in Coaching

Association for Coaching: Newbury Co-coaching Forum

Lorenza has been using Gestalt since learning the method on advanced coaching modules with John Leary-Joyce in 2007/8.  At the heart of this approach, the coach makes instrumental use of self. This session will focus on coaching presence and hone observation skills.

Unconscious bias: Webinar discussion group for leaders and coaches

3/9/2017

September 4th 2017, 14.00h, British Summer Time.  2 hours, recorded.

Introduction to Unconscious bias, followed by facilitated discussion.

As human beings, we all have filters that we use to navigate our social environments.

The very lenses we use, that we learned to help us in our own social groups, cause blindspots which inadvertently affect others in ways we don't always notice, and in ways we wouldn't want. This facilitated discussion gives us pause for thought and an opportunity to think about how to encourage healthy discussion in our workplaces, so as to encourage a truly diverse workforce to respect and enjoy differences, and enhance teams toward a high performance culture.

A day in the life of a coach – what’s it really like?

16/5/2017

The intention is to encourage an “eyes wide open” discussion forum for the growing numbers of people interested in becoming a coach. It is planned for 17th May 12:30 for 40 minutes. Michelle Lucas and Lorenza Clifford will be on hand after the call to take further questions. This is a free way to “Dip your toe in” and discover if coaching might be for you. We will share our own experiences and answer as many questions as we can. As Accredited Coach Supervisors with decades of coaching experience,  we can help you get a feel for whether this route will be right for you.

Looking forward to meeting you.

Michelle and Lorenza
