Are you learning enough in these turbulent times?

Each of these yield a requirement for transformation of how we do things in organisations and of the organisations themselves.
With so many big themes to respond to, what is the path you need to navigate in your ‘ecosystem’?
Leaders will need to identify their relationship with the concepts and imperatives behind each of these megathemes, if they don't want to be working in the dark. A word of caution: Leaping to new conclusions is not likely to yield the best way forward, yet this is so common, especially during and then after a period of emergency: “something must be done, this is something, therefore it must be done” is a mistake we often see retrospectively with swift changes. This is often the driver for greater division and disengagement.
"Appropriate dynamic introspection and ‘extraspection’ now, can yield a more appropriate frame from which to create changes, and better, more collaborative and fair ways forwards for the future."
Coaching can help you step back to look at what’s changing in your market, to identify assumptions and patterns that need to be challenged. It can help you to see how you are looking at things, and perhaps change the frame. It can bring other realities into view so you understand other needs and positions.
Encompassing more in your thinking allows you to see better the real gap between where you are currently and where the world needs you to be. And sometimes, when there seem to be no good or straightforward options, when there is a transformation to face that we don’t yet feel ready for - yet know we need to step into, the times demand better leadership of us. Some may need to work on self-belief and resilience, others on empathy, presence and capability to work with what is emerging.
Things can never go back to how they were, let’s look differently at consequence, analysis and the new practices we need in these times, so that you can achieve the learning strides that these times require.
